Refund policy

At Dream Store India, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are applicable only for products purchased with an order value of ₹699 or above.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be raised within the applicable return period after delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be in the same condition as received.
  • Returns will be accepted only for valid reasons, subject to review and approval by Dream Store India.

2. Valid Reasons for Return

Returns may be approved for reasons such as:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Incorrect size, color, or variant sent
  • Missing item(s) from the package
  • Product significantly different from description
  • Other genuine issues verified by our support team

Returns requested for personal preference, change of mind, or used products may not be accepted.

3. Replacement Policy

Replacement is applicable only if the product is received:

  • Damaged
  • Broken
  • Defective on arrival

Customers must report damaged or broken items within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product.

Depending on availability, we will arrange:

  • Free replacement of the same product, or
  • Refund if replacement is unavailable

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products below ₹699
  • Used, washed, or damaged-after-use items
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Clearance / final sale items
  • Products without original packaging or tags

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • COD orders may be refunded via bank transfer or store credit

6. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error, damaged product, or wrong item delivery, return shipping charges will be borne by Dream Store India.

For other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. How to Request a Return or Replacement

To request a return or replacement, contact our customer support with:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for request
  • Photos/videos (if damaged or broken)

8. Right to Refuse

Dream Store India reserves the right to refuse returns, replacements, or refunds if the request does not meet the above conditions or if misuse of the policy is detected.
